Consumer and operating services
Gr3ySpace buys companies and creates companies, and builds every one of them to be franchised. Each is proven in its own locations first, then franchised and financed by Gr3ySpace itself. The first two are Chocojava, a specialty coffee and chocolate brand, and LawnPoint, a landscape services platform.
Buy it or build it. Prove it. Franchise it.
Everyday consumer and property services are delivered mostly by small, owner-operated businesses. They struggle with inconsistent quality, limited capital, thin management benches, weak technology and no succession path, and customers feel it. Gr3ySpace exists to change that. We buy strong operators in fragmented markets and create new brands where none fits, give each the capital, systems and people to run well, prove it in company-operated locations and then extend it through franchising.
Chocojava and LawnPoint keep their own names, their own customers and their own craft. Gr3ySpace supplies what they share and runs the franchise and network finance business itself.

Not offering franchises at this time.
Visit FranchisingOur cafes will open on time and our crews will arrive when scheduled. The plan is judged first on whether we did what we said.
Trained people, maintained equipment and written standards, from espresso calibration to edging lines.
When something falls short, we fix it. LawnPoint clients who are not satisfied with a service will be able to tell us within 24 hours, and we will return at no charge.

First openings
Chocojava’s first cafes and LawnPoint’s first branches open in 2027.
Regional offices put leadership near the cafes, branches and markets they are responsible for.
We hire people who care about craft, in the cafe, on the property and in the office, and we invest in the training that lets them grow.

Founding team roles open first. Cafe, production, crew and branch roles follow each launch.
